1. Enter your Daytime Contact Telephone Number.
2. Enter your address.
3. Enter Registration Mark for the application.
4. Select "Yes" or "No".
5. Select your purpose of application from the drop down box.
6. Select "Present" or "Other specific Date and Time".
7. Enter date and time if you select "Other specific Date and Time".
8. If you have applied for the certificate of vehicle particulars for the same Registration Mark above through this online service, you may reprint the certificate within 3 days from the date of issue.
9. Click "Continue" to go to Step 3.
